Received This Morning, 12.50 o'clock. MEXICO CITY, August 16. Mormons are suffering at the hands of both the (rebels and Federal forces. The former are (seeking to compel the (surrender of arms and ammunition. The Mormons have .reifused, and appealed to their .fellow-religionists in •the United States ifor aid". Fighting is likely to 'follow.
