The Chairman of the Citizens Committee has received a communication from the Consolidated management, on behalf of the Mine-Owners' Association, stating that they could not resume work in the mines pending arbitration, as suggested by the Premier. The Miners' Union met yester3ay, buj nothing,- of Important! occurred. Meetings are to be held every.Sunday.
