At the Manawatu' A. and P. VAssociation's annual meeting to-day, officers were elected as follows:—President, Mr T. R. iHodder; Vice-Presi-de.nts, Messrs D. Buick, M.P., J. A. Howie, J. A. McOrea, Raht. McNab, A. Sutherland, J. Flock, Jas. Tennant.

The annual report and balance sheet showed a considerably increased mem(bership, and a profit of £355 on the 1 ' year lending 31'st June last, while since then'the (National Dairy Show toad 'made a profit of £4OO, which i« #he largest for some years past.
