SIR EDWASD GREY S SPEECH*
FAVOURABLY RECEIVED IN GERMANY. (Received July 13, 8.55 a.m.) BERLIN, July 12. The speech by Sir Edward Grey (Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs) on Great Britain's foreign policy has been favourably received in Germany. The Vossiche Zeitung accepts the view that the improvement in the general outlook is quite compatible with the maintenance of the'entente with the Triple Alliance.
