Guinness bating that.the Premier decided the deadlock here should he referred to the Arbitration. Court, and suggested that pending a ctecision., work ho resumed at the anines. Mr ,Flii-l.liifi3, acting chairman, of the/ ICommiiitbee, thanked the Spe'aker and the Premier. He then called a meeting., and a waiited on the general manager of th<e Consolidated Goldfidlds, and presented the >sugges*--tion. Mr 'Evans agreed to iforward tlio preposition to th.e Mine Owner*' Association..
