' G&AVE SITUATION SHEVKET PASHA. RESIGNS. (Received July 12, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, July 11. Several European newspapers comment on the gravity cf the situation <j Turkey. Shcvket Pasha (Minister of Finance) resigned because the artillery refused to fight the Albanians. The Albanian revolt is threatening to develop into a general movement against the Government, and a Committee of Progress; also the Italian war is dragging, and there is much discontent and intrigue in Constantinople because .Shevket Paeha fai'led to purge the armv of politicians.
