The matter of telephones' iv one 'ivhich affects a very' lair&'a- (Aiiwber of (people, and there is no doubt that thio me'ans of coiKimunication -will be■oome in:ere common 'every year. The State should endeavour to suppily ,th.e corrections at the very lowest price, so that the 1 poorest rettJer .may ,bc able to avail bin:self of th'e : coMvenienice.
