Order that the Muistv. .ton Borough Council make' a> By-Law under "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," arid "The Motor Regulation Act, 1908," the object and purport cf which fJyLaw are as follows: '.'' (a) To regulate the use, management and control of motor cars and motor cycles, and regulate the control of motcr traffic generally. (b) To regulate the equipment and 'condition of motor cars and motor cycles. (c) To regulate the conduct of and impose duties on the _ drivers of motor cars and riders of motor cycles. (d) To fix and allot stands for motor cars and taxi-c:ibs plying for hire, and to fix f;cs and fares to be charged for hire.
