The keen interest which has been evinced, in the* Cbmjpetitions had . r. J ot in tho least -declined, and the utmost enthusiasm iwas displayed, wihen the various decisions wore given. To-night a grand ■final demonstration will' be given in -the Hall, when a high-class pro(grammcf, including prominent performers, will be prssented. During the evening Hie Excellency the Gov•ernlor will ibe present. Tho Hal? was crowded at the af•fcarnioon session', .and great intorest was manifested in the various events. Ifae decisions of the judge did not always meet with public* approbation, Sjut apparently the judg.9 knows best. At anyrate, his decisions are final.
