NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special JVleotiiiiDC of the Mastorton Borough Council, held on tin? 4th Day of June, 1912, IT WAS RESOLVED by way of Special "Order tihat tlio Mastw.ton Borough Council ■make a By-Law under "Tho Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," : and "Tiie Motor Regulation Act, 1908," the object and purport cf which ByLaw are as follows : (a) To regulate the u&e, management and control of motor cars ami motor cycles, and regulate the control of motor traffic ■generally. (b) To regulate th.e equipment and 'condition of motor cars and ■motor cycles. (c) To regulate tho conduct of_ and impose duties on tho drivers .of motor cars and riders of motor cycles. (d) To fix and allot stands for motor cars and taxi-c;ibs plying for hire, and to fix fee's and fares ,to (be charged for hire.
