PARIS, July 7.
The Civil Court has ordered the weill-inn.oWn aviator, Mr Henry Farnfiari) to indemnify a fanner on whose •famni land his aeroplane .landed, brightening his cattle. The Gourt disclaimed any jurisdiction over adrial traffic, and decli'ned to .make an order that .silent motors on aeroplanes should be obligatory.
