A general meeting of the Miners Union took place to-day. Nothing cif general import- is stated to have been, done. The meeting exonerated the 'two eliift bosses from the. cliarge of 'working for the Company, cleared towqjr local misunderstanding, a'nd dealt with local .Questions.
Matters aa'o very quiet, though the ■Keep-it-Dark and New Big River Country work is nearly finished, and Several men arc out .prospecting.
Country work is rearly finished, an u the end has ibeen delayed by rain.
