A MINISTERIAL THREAT

LONDON, July 6
The Right Hon. C. F. G. Masterman, Under-Secretary for State, has intimated that if employers wilfully disobey the Insurance Act, the penalty clauses will bo enforced. The Government is determined thai ths benefits under the Act will not be destroyed by the foolishness of employers.
Unionist 'Mwsipi.-ipors boldly denounce the threats of punishment, and declare that even the officials have failed to elucidate the Act. The Commissioners are overwhelmed with inquiries.
