NOTICE is hereby given tlmt at a Special Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, hold or the 4ith Day of June, 1912, IT WAS RESOLVED by way cf Special Ordei;, ■that the Borough Council make a By-Law under "The Municipal Corporations -Act, 1908," and "The Motor Regulation Act, j; 1908," the object and purport of which ByLaw are as follows: — (a) To regulate the use, management and control of motor cars and motor cycles, ami regulate the control of .motor traffic generally. (b) To regulate the equipment and ■condition of motor cars and motor cycles. (c) To regulate the conduct ol and impose duties on the drivers ' cf motor cars aiid riders of motor cycles. (d) To 'fix and allot stands for motor cars and taxi-cibs plying for hire, and to fix and fares to 'be charged for hire.
