PREMIER'S RESIGNATION ACCEPTED. ASSASSINS FOR PEKIN. (Received 1 Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PEKIN, June 29. President Yuan Shih Kai has accented the resignation of Tang Shao Yi, the Premier. TIENTSIN, June 28. Seventy assassins have left Shanghai and are proceeding to Pekin with the intention of assassinating prominent Cabinet Ministers.
