CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE. AUCKLAND. Last Night- - -A fire occurred at midnight on Fridaiy. in the nurses'' quarters of the isolated waals cf the Auckland Hospital. Practically half the building wao destroyed. The fire was discovered Tjy £Ee dictators in, the main hospital, who roused the two nurses and tho day d'tiporecr. The. three got out safely, leaving tlieir clothing behind. fire originated -in the bathroom. The building was of eight rooms, and vn'iued at £SO. It was insured in'the National loffice.
