CONCERT IH TOWN : Tfb.? Masterton Town Hall was crowded last evening, whe'n the Wairarapa Caledonian Society held their first ■presiding! Director, and is to ibe congratulated on the excellent programmi which he arranged. The programme was long and vairied, and included vocal and musical items cf exceilleiiit quality, white.a feature was -the dancing of Mr R. Mcßae aind Mastcir Donald Sutherkud. The prolonged' appla.use which greeted tlio efforts of the dancers testified to the popularity of Highland and step-dancing in Mastertan. • At the conclusion/of the pro'-' gramme Mr La very thanked the audiehes for their excellent attendance, f..'.id made refureirce to the objects of it,he Society. .
