NOTICE .is herehy given that at a Special Meeting of the JMastfirton Borough Council, held on the 4ah Day of Juno, 1912, IT WAS RESOLVED by way of Special Order that the Mast*, .ton Borough Council make' a: .By-Law under "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and "'The Motor Regulation Act, 1908," itho object and pturporb of which :Bylaw, are as follows: (a) To regulate the use, management .and ec-ntrcl of motor ears and anctcr ■eycies., and rjgulate the control of motor 'traffic generally. ('b).-io regulate the- equipment and •condition, of meter cars and 'motor cycles. (.c) To-regulate the conduct of and impose duties on the drivers of motor cars and riders of mo'tor cycles. (d) To fix and allot stands for .motor cars and taxi-cubs plying for hire, and to fix 'ftvs and fares .to he 'charged for hire.
