AFFAIRS IN CHINA
SOLDIERS PAY DEDUCTED. 150 MUTINEERS EXECUTED. (Received Last Night, 10.45 o'clock.) PEKIN, June 24. An attempt to deduct half of the soldiers' pay for subscriptions to a patriotic loan, has caused the Mukden troops to mutiny. One hundred and fifty of the mutineers, were captured and executed.
