THE DAVIS CUP
CHALLENGE ROUND TO BE PLAYED IN MELBOURNE.
Received This Morning, 12.35 o'clock SYDNEY, June 24.
The State Tennis Association has been notified by the English Association ithat it is agreeable to Melbourne as the venue for the challenge round of the Davis Oup, but desire to play in December instead of November, as suggested by the Australasian Association. France and America have already agreed to Melbourne.
