ATTITUDE OF EKETAHUNA

At a meeting of the Eketahuna Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday evening, the following resolution was unanimously carried:—"That this Chamber approach the Masterton Chamber of Commerce and the Pahia•tua- Progressive Association asking them if in the meantime they would be agreeable to hold over the question of route and co-operate in getting a Pongaroa line placed on the Government list; and after this had been effected that, the route to be adopted be chosen by Commission."'
