In the Federal House of Representatives, Mr Alfred Deakin moved: — "That the Government merits censure for its failure to realise its constitutional obligations ; its flagrant neglect of its duty to secure industrial peace and good order ; its maladministration of the public departments; its gross partisan action in regard to appointments ; and its reckless irresponsibility in financial affairs." The House has adjourned until tomorrow.
