WARNING TO BOYS

OBSTRUCTING THE THOROUGHFARE. He did so, and th& youths wiemt out. They hung about the doer, and he ordered them to move on, and they went a Qitltle way up the street. He again spoke to the youths, who were* .senior cadets,, and aMI faftheni dispersed except defend'airfc. The constable tasked him to go away,- but the defendant refuee'd to do so, ahd also would mot giiive his- name. Witness had to take defendant to the station for the poirlpcse of identification. Deifendant admitted that he had called a. lunmber of cadets who were goinig elown the street together to "halit" When the constable came up.
