PALMERSTON N., Last Night

Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as .follows on their Palmerston North sale held to-day:— We had .a fair yarding of both {sheep and cattle. Sheep were in good demand, every lot being sold under the baimmer at satisfactory prices. Cattle sold at late rates. "We quote: 4-tooth wethers, 16s, 6-tooth wethers, 13s; 2, 4 and 6-tooth ewes in lamb, 15s 4d; empty ewes, 9s lOd to 10s; lambs, 6s lOd to 8s 4d; aged rams. 6s 4d. Cattle: Store cows, £2 15s; dairy 6d.
