GAISFORD DIVORCE CASE

Judge Chapman to-day granted a decree nisi in. the,,case of Henry .Rnefell lEtlWl Louise ;Gm#<l,, on the, ground of h&v adultery with <tlie late: C' A. iPownallj' of M-atsterton, solicitor. /There was a counter charge by Mrs •Gaisford against her husband, also of .adultery, and a large, .bar was engaged by the various parties, the court being crowded. Mr Diolan, if or Mrs iGaisford, withdrew her petition, and did not defend her husband's petition.. Witnesses having proved adultery, a- decree nisi was granted. s The parties were 'married on July 13t:h, 1906, and .were well known. There are two children., of the./parti.-s, who have ibeen .separated since/1910.
