A deputation from the Masterton SRiacitag Olub to-day asked ■ the Minister of Internal 1 Affairs ,the Hon G-. W. Rragislell, for the restoration' of Alie permit taken away under the Racing Oomimiasion's report. .The Olub pre-, vioUisly had four days annually, and this iwas cut down :to tihree. The Minister gave the deputation no Baying that before giving a 'fourth day to 1 u Cdub now having'three, he would favour' giving at least one day to .iCkibs that liad been .wiped out.
