MELBOURNE, June 10. The Chinese CoHSU'I-Geinera.l gave an address in Wesley Church, and in. describing the national developments in China, said that she would take her place in tfche world's affairs. In her desire to be tirenited' as a* free people, Oiling was forced to open her gates to other nations. He protested against the exclusion of Chinese. This. was going to he a great question, and AusItralians would do welJ to consider it.
