The Government approving, Count li-Yuan-Hung has entered into preliimina.ry.agreement with the "Robert 3)ollar Sydnicate for a five per centum float* of £3,600,000 at 94, and repayalble in twenty-five years. The loan, "which i,s guaranteed only by the Provisional Government, is to be used for "the re-conßltruction of the Hankau native city. The Syndicate hope to profit by the supply of material.
