The "tangi" over the remains of the late Wiki Kemp is now in full, swing. Some two thousand Maoris isn-e at the PutTki Pah, and three dired more are expected to-morrow.

Thousands of townspeople vieited Putiki this afternoon, when the Maori orators liarangued tbo crowd. It is not kaiown yet or where the burial will be, some wanting it at Levin, and some here. It is understood thai itJie (speeches this afternoon ware of a political nature, relating to Dr Pomare and the Opposition.
