DISSATISFIED WITH THE NAVIGATION ACT. »«" -.. DEMANDS MUST BE GRANTED. (Received Last Night, 9 o'clock.) LONDON, June 7. The Seamen's Union is dissatisfied with the Government's failure to make the promised amendments in the Navigation Act. A delegate, speaking at the Labour Council, said that unless they got what-they wanted they would put up best fight ever known. The captains and officers of coastal vessels are also' dissatisfied, arid threaten to leave their ships unless the recent award of the Federal Arbitration Court, providing for overtime payment, is observed.
