PALMERSTON STOCK SALE. (By Telegraph—Special to the Age.) PALMERSTON N., Last Night. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows on their Palmerstan North stock sale held to-day: —We had a small yarding of both sheep and cattle, which sold <at late' I rates. We quote: Sheep: 4-tooth ewes in lamb, 14s 2d; fat ' n.nd forwards ewes, 13s Id ; forward lambs, 10s 3d. Cattle: Hereford-Polled Aligns cross weaner steers, £3 4s; Herc- - ford Polled Angus cross weaner heifer. £2 IDs; store cows, 20s to £3 -*is; dairy cows, £/> 7;; (id to £(> 10s; weauers, 20s to £2 13s.
