CARDIFF WORKERS
A MINIMUM WAGE, (Received Last Night, 10.20 -o'clock.) LONDON, June 6. The Master Carters' Association, and the Wc'rlccns' Union, at Cardiff, have signed a minimum wages agreement, securing the workers from 24s to 2%. They have ateo established a joint Board for the settlement o'f disputes, with an. umpire appointed by the B'oard of Trade in cases o'f deadlock. v .
