COALITION THEORIES. The Evening Post of last night had the following:— Political gio&sips are 'mow ibusy at every: meeting place with, the making and unmaking of Oabinets and parties. We do not hear any (mention of Mr Millar as a probable member of the Cioalition Cabinet, and it is understood that he would 'be averse to become, a follower of Mr Massey or a colleague •of Mr Myers. If this be so, it seems that Mir-Millar, will ■■fed himself leader of an Opposition w.hr'fch.will include a large radical element. .'
