-Considerable .interest is being centred ->n the c a Usui's of the Reform Party, 'whiicli opens in Wellington to-day. Tlie 'oaucus is being held with a view to arranging a- plan- of campaign for the Opening cf the session of Parliament at 'tihe end of the present month'. It is prdbable flhat arrangements will also -be made for a thorough organisation, of •the Dominion in thie interests of the party. Preliminary negotiations, for a I coalition' between the moderate seolitions of the House may be opened, hbirb it is unlikely that siny definite deoision will be arrived at in the matter. llt is known that a considerable section. of the party is (favourably disposed tc-'-wards a v coalition.
