The Mayor introduced the subject, and called upon U>'r.< Oook to read some correspondence 'on the question, which had beeb received from Diunedin, an)l explaining certain formalities to Ibe gone through in the forming of a .branch. | Mr R. Biewn moved, and Mi'J. P. Prentice seconded, that those pnes&nt 'form themselves into an Honorary Territorial Society. • Tlie iridtion was sxipported b'y several of. those present', and was paa'ilied (unanimously. TMie following were elected an, executive committee:— The Mayor, and •Messrs W. H. Jackson, H. M. Boddington, W. Moi'ris (W.F.C.A.), J. P. Prentice and J. W. Blackmian. Mir R.
