There was a large attendance of buyers, and competition. was very keen throughoiiit the sale. Prices realised were -as follows :—Scoured merino, lid to 12d; greasy merino, 8d to B£-d; merino pieces, 6d to 7|d; merino locks, 4sd; crossbred, 63d to 7£d; crossbred crutchings, best, 53d to 6|d; other sorts, to sd.
