Messrs Abraham and' Williams, Ltd., report as follows regarding their Palmerston stock sale held yesterday: We had a fair yarding of sheep and a particularly heavy yarding of cattle. All classes of stock met with a. keeu demand, and we mapaged to quit the builk of' our entry,, at satisfactory prices. Wo quote: Sheep: 2 and :t----tooth ewes an lamb, 16s 6d; 6-tooth ewes, 17s; aged Lincoln ewes in lamb, 12s; cull ewes in, lamb, 8s 9d; lambs, 8s 9d to 12s 7d : ; wethers, 12s 7d; store ewes, 6s Bd.
