I Hack means a horse that has not won at time of entry a Tace or the vailue of 100 sovs.. or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDIOAPS. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-foandlicapped to the limit of: (a) In flat races a further 101b for one win, and 61b for every additional win ; (b) in hurdl© races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addretesed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of horse, pedigree, and age, name of owner and trainer and colours of tihe rider (if not registered). 2. All entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3. The stewards reserve the right to alter .the date or time far receiving or acceptances or declaration of weights as they deem fit to do SO. ; Owners are responsible for all penafllties and allowances. 5.
