Hack means a horse that has not won at time of entry a race of the valine of 100 sovs.. or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDIHAPS. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of: (a) In flat races a further 103b for one win, and 61b for every additional win , (b) in hurdle races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional RULES AND REGULATIONS. | 1.
