NEW ZEALAND FORECAST (By Tdtgraph—Preti Asmiation.) WEJZiINGTON, Last Night. The Rer. D. O. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued the following report: — Gloomy weather has ibeen reported, with drizzling rain in many parts of the 'Dominion. Moderate to strong easterly winds have, prevailed, with a vjlowly falling ibarome'ter. 'Present indications are (for unset-' >led and oloudy weatiher, .with rain in most parts of the 'country. ' The' wind* are variable, (moderate to strong northerly and easterly breezes backing .for a short- tinte to 1 southerly. The barometer has a falling tendency, but a temporary rise js probable, and a low pressure airea is due to pass in, the 'South', with istormy weather at the end of the week.
