All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of house, pedigree, and age, name of owner and traliner and colours of tihe rider (if not registered). 2. All entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3. The stewards reserve the right to altar the date or time for receiving or acceptances or declaration of weights as they deem fit to do so. Owners aire responsible for all penalties and allowances. 5.
