The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of: (a) In flat races a further 101b for one win, and 61b for every additional win , (b) in.hurdle races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of house, pedigree, and age, name of owner and traliner and colours of tihe rider (if not registered). 2. All entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3. The stewards reserve the right to altar the date or time for receiving or acceptances or declaration of weights as they deem fit to do so. Owners aire responsible for all penalties and allowances. 5.
