COMMITTEE MEETING,
A .committee .meeting cf the Masterion -Harrier Olu-b was held last nigitot, in the /Chiib'is room/?, Dixon Street, -there- being present Mossrs George:don (chairman), iFradbury, Kingston, Flanagan, Nicholson 1 and Druiwmond (secretary). Correspondence was received ft-om Mr Hodgkins, .enclosing a donation of one guinea to the Club, and for which he was accorded a hearty vote of thanks.

Hollings-for offering to entertain- the Club at his homestead on 3rd June, also for a gold medal as a trophy to'be competed .for on that date. The race will start at 3 p.m. sharp. Dr Cowie was elected to the posii tion. of Patron of the Club, and Mr H. Coopor was elected a member of the committee.
A hearty vote of thanks was accorded Riev. Thompson foi 1 the hearty welcome 'ho gave the .members oil' Thursday last, on the occasion of the evening run -of'tho season-.
