Friday's ring events are comprised df obstacle race, high jump for horses, «nd a "totibaJl' -mat<*h .between the Wellington and Ralmerston North teams. Seeing that this game is so popular in .Great Britain,, it seems strange it does not find more favour nm the Overseas Dominions. The forthcoming match is to |be played by leading .exponents of the game, and speeitlators may look fonward with pleasurable certainty (to a good afternoon's •amusement.
