At San Diego, California, a plot lias been revealed to tho police. Six armed Industrial Workers of the World i'a. Socialists' revolutionary organisation) wero selected by lot to shoot down the Mayor and other civic officials of San Diego, where the Industrial Workers wero by physical force prevented from entering. Several arrests have been made.
