HACK DEFINITION. Hack means a horse that has not won at time of entry a race of the valine of 100 eovs., or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDICAPS. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to he re4iandlicapped to the limit'of: (a) In flat races a further 101b for one win, and 6lb for every additional wan , (b) in hurdle races a further 101b for one win, and 71b tor every additional RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of horse, pedigree, and age, name of owner and trainer and colours of tihs rider (if not registered). 2. All entries, by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3. The stewards reserve the right to alter the date or..time far receiving or accotanees or declaration of weights as they deem fit to do iSO. .
