FURTHER EVIDENCE, RESCUED SEAMEN HALF DAZED. (Received Last Night, 11.30 o'clock.) LONDON, May 21. Mr Light'oller, the Second Officer of the Titanic,;stated that !he had never known the speed' to be reduced of any vessel crossing the North Atlantic during clear weather on account of ice. . Busey, a seaman in the Duff-Gor-don's boat, explaining .jvhy they faded to go to the rescue, said that all were baifr' dazed.
