DARING ESCAPE
SEQUEL TO MALECKA CASE ALLEGED ACCOMPLICE GETS AWAY. (Received. -May 20, S) a.m.) WARSAW, May 19. Miss -Malccka, recently sentenced -at Warsaw, Poland, to four years' penal servitude for conspiring against .the Russian Government, was associated withPhilipowic/-, a notorious Socialist, who used her to write his correspondence. When captured the man bluffed the -guard, and walked into the street in am officer's coat. The audacious <-s-----ospe has so annoyed the authorities - that it. is. alleged'that they will be "vindictive:-towards Mis;; M-nlccka. and that exile to Siberia will automatically follow her sentence. The only hope is •exercise of the Tsar's clemency.
