HACK DEFINITION. Hack means a'horse that has not won at time of entry a race of the vailuo «f 100 govs., or races of the collective value otf 250 sovs. RT^HANDIHAPS. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re4iandlicapped to the limit of: (a) In flat races a further 101b for one win, and 61b for every additional wan, (b) in hurdle races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional wan. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and ad dretosed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of h<mse, pedigree, and age, nam© of owner and traliner and colours of the rider (if not registered). 2./ All entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3. The stewards (reserve the right to alter the date or time fcir receiving or accptances or declaration of weights as they deem fit to do so.
