Floyd Allen, found guilty of the murder of Commonwealth Attorney Foster, one of five victims of the recent Hillsville Courthouse raid, will be electrocuted. Three others of the gang have fled to tlie mountains, but have been surrounded, and their capture is momentarily expected.
