Tlie newspaper Kreuss Zeitung says that Mr Winston Churchill proposes, wjith tbe help of strong navies in the Overseas Dominions, to control the trad© and naval movements of all the Powers on the face of the earth. His aim, it, jsays, is to secure for England a World monopoly. WHAT AUSTRALIA NEEDS. (Bjeceked May 18, 11 a.m.) LONDON, May 17. Addressing the Royal Colonial Institute, Viee-Ad,miral Sir George (King-Hall, Commander-in-Chief on the■ Australian station, declared that Australia sadly needed a Navy League to disseminate knowledge and educate the nation generally on the mfotter of sea power.
